Why I'm Passionate

I genuinely love people! Building real, meaningful relationships has always been a constant in my life, and it's something I value deeply. Now, more than ever, I feel called to have created a space where women feel supported, connected, and seen, and where more joy is woven into their lives, too. There's something incredibly powerful about community, and being able to foster that in this chapter of my life is something I'm truly excited about!

My reasons for developing this program are deeply personal, too. My dad was diagnosed with frontal temporal lobe dementia at only 44 years old. My mom, the most healthy and active person I know, survived a double heart bypass at 72. I have a lot of reasons to understand the importance of aging well, and the motivation to prioritize longevity.

I've personally navigated perimenopause through challenging experiences of my own — extreme hair loss that led to an alopecia diagnosis, and a hysterectomy due to a prolapsed uterus. But I can also celebrate perimenopausal wins — I've lost over 75 pounds and kept it off for almost three years. I understand what to prioritize and what to focus on. Because of this, I'm the healthiest and happiest I've ever been at 49 years old. I want to help other women achieve optimal wellness — and find more joy — in midlife.

I am not solely a weight loss or fitness coach. I am a Certified Longevity Coach — a body and mind reset solution for midlife dysfunction. I've taken everything I've learned and experienced in midlife, and turned it into a structured program that actually works in real life.

My Why

I created this program because I lived it.

I know what it feels like to be doing all the "right" things and still feel like your body isn't cooperating. I also know what it feels like to drift — to let the busyness of life push your own health to the bottom of the list until one day you barely recognize your habits or your energy.

I became a Certified Longevity Coach because I wanted women to stop guessing what to do for their overall wellness, and start feeling better. We live in a world where there is a lot of information available, but not a lot of clear direction — and not enough accountability, support, and motivation from a real person in the same stage of life. I want to be that woman for you. Not through anything extreme. Not through another plan that requires you to overhaul your whole life. Through a clear, structured, and specific system that actually fits into real life — and with real support along the way.

This matters to me because I believe midlife should feel like a beginning, not a decline. You deserve to feel strong, clear, and confident — the best version of yourself. That's exactly what this program is designed to help you do.
